Your career start as a Trainee at STRABAG

To ensure that you are optimally prepared for the requirements of your future position after university, we offer Trainee programmes for career entry. The Commercial Trainee programme lasts 11 to 13 months, the Technical Trainee programme 12 to 15 months.

After completing your bachelor's or master's degree, our Trainee programme gives you the opportunity to get to know the various organisational units of STRABAG and - under the guidance of experienced specialists and managers - to familiarise yourself with different business and task areas. Targeted further training measures complement the Trainee plan, which also includes a stay abroad of several months.

When you start your career, you will be accompanied by mentors who will support you throughout the entire time and give you regular feedback. After successfully completing our Trainee programme, you will be ready for a responsible position and the next step in your career.
