What does your workday look like?
My workday starts at 6:30 in the morning with a short team meeting. There we discuss the schedule for the day. Then we set to work. I finish work at 4:30 p.m.

Why are you working in construction and what was your first day like?
I decided to work in construction because I liked doing handicrafts in the past and wanted to put this into practice. On my first day at work, I was naturally nervous. However, the team welcomed me very well.
What would you like to do after completing your apprenticeship?
After my apprenticeship, I aim to become a Foreman or Site Manager. STRABAG offers very good opportunities for advancement and further training.
