The construction industry is changing. Sustainability is becoming increasingly important and is also creating new career prospects. Verena takes on one of these roles as a sustainability manager at STRABAG.

Fabian has been part of the STRABAG family since June and although he has only been with the company for around six months, he already has an impressive learning curve behind him. As an employee in Communications, Innovation & Technical Reporting, he supports the Water Subdivision in the new Energy Infrastructure division at the Vienna site.

Lennart started his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at STRABAG in August 2024. He is currently in his second year of training and has already experienced a special highlight: a multi-week internship abroad in Malta.

Evariste has taken a bold step. As part of a STRABAG project for young people from Burkina Faso, he is completing an apprenticeship in civil engineering.

Matthias started his career at STRABAG with an apprenticeship as a draftsman. Today, he accompanies young talents on their way and passes on his experience.
