How did you become a team leader in IT at STRABAG?

I studied German studies and wanted to find a job where I could combine my skills in German studies and IT. And that's where STRABAG hit the bull's eye for me! I emphasized to my supervisor that I would like to take on more responsibility, and I got that chance.

What are your responsibilities as a team leader in IT?

My tasks are to prepare the agents for their work and to support them. To do this, we use training concepts that make it easier for them to get to know the work and be ready for action in a short time.

What excites you most about your work?

I am pleased when the agents I have trained do a good job. Above all, it's a good feeling when there is positive feedback from other departments.

What role does your team play for you?

The team plays a big role for me! Everything we do, we do together as a team. Ideas, for example, also only come about together. I attach particular importance to honesty and communication skills. In my view, these are the foundations for good cooperation.
