What is your area of responsibility?
As the CML International legal department I work for the Middle East Australia and Africa regions and I provide them with legal support.
What do you like the most in your job?
We know that in our construction sites and in our projects our teams are working very hard to execute very good project and sometimes the unfairness, that is happening in the projects, is so obvious, that at the end of the day when we are able to win a claim for them it makes us also feel very good but also very proud on behalf of them that we were able to defend their rights.
What advice would you give to applicants?
It's a very Dynamic working environment so I would recommend to the new applicants to be curious and not only from the legal aspect of the subject but also from the commercial and technical aspect of the project.
