STRABAG Group Health Management Germany won the special prize for target group specificity at this year's Corporate Health Award. Johannes Burchard, Team Leader of STRABAG Health Management, and Niklas Magerl, Coordinator in STRABAG Health Management Germany, accepted the award at the ceremony in November.

Health Management at the STRABAG Group Germany offers all employees a wide range of workplace health promotion programs. In concrete terms, this means more than 2,300 health campaigns such as drinking challenges, workshops, prevention courses, screenings, online events, awareness campaigns for managers, courses for industrial employees, physical activity breaks at office locations and external consulting services for sensitive topics. in 2021, more than 42,000 employees across the Group took part in our programs. The STRABAG Health Mobile, which is used especially for employees working in the commercial sector, is also particularly successful.
