How did you become a Team Lead in IT at STRABAG? 

I studied German studies and wanted to find a job where I could combine my German language skills and IT and STRABAG was the perfect match for me! I emphasised to my supervisor that I would like to take on more responsibility, and I got that chance. 

What are your tasks as a Team Lead in IT? 

My tasks are to prepare the Agents for their work and to support them. To do this, we use training concepts that make it easier for them to get to know the work and be ready to work in a short time.

What excites you most about your work? 

I am happy when the Agents I have trained do a good job. Above all, it's a good feeling when there is positive feedback from other departments. 

What role does your team play for you?

The team plays a big role for me! Everything we do, we do together as a team. Ideas, for example, only come about together. I place particular value on honesty and communication skills. In my view, these are the foundations for good teamwork.
